ORM – Online reputation management

Now that it is easier to get your business online thanks to social networks, it’s also easier for people to find all sorts of things about your company. In most cases if you Google your company you will find great feedback, but in some cases you will find a lot of negative. Negative feedback, reviews or sites can cause a great deal of profit loss. After all t

he effort you put in to get online with a great web site, you now need to worry about whether or not it is positive. It could be one person causing this or a group of people bound together to cause your company harm. Once the info is on the net, you can forget about erasing it. So how do you manage to get rid of it? ORM or online reputation management basically is reverse SEO (search engine optimization). You try to push all the negative results off the first page by creating a lot of positive information. This could be press releases, positive reviews, more web domains pertaining to your company or feeds. It is not an easy task but it is necessary if you depend on online leads and sales. If your good at SEO then you will probably be good at ORM. It just requires a lot more time and dedication. Most companies or individuals don’t have time for this and it can be very frustrating. If you have this problem with negative feedback on the web, please contact me and I will look into it.

Not many people need this kind of service (Casey Anthony does), but if you do, you know how damaging it can be. Please give me a call if you are one of those unfortunate companies or individuals.
